1. Hot runner system design熱流道系統(tǒng)設(shè)計
Start hot runner design as soon as receiving new assignments from team leader; Check the TCE and customer files (including requested standard) carefully before starting the design. Send design to team leader for check up when it’s finished （overseas team designers should send design to colleagues in Italy for check up if necessary ）, send files to customer after examination .
接到組長分配到的新工作之后開展設(shè)計，在設(shè)計開始之前仔細檢查TCE 和客戶文件（包括客戶標準，設(shè)計結(jié)束之后發(fā)給組長檢查 ( 如果有需要 ，海外組的設(shè)計在組長檢查結(jié)束之后還需要發(fā)給意大利的設(shè)計負責人檢查) , 檢查之后將文件發(fā)給客戶 。
2. Modification of hot runner system design熱流道系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的修改
A Overseas team design 海外組的設(shè)計
Start modification when receiving mails about the modification request from Italian colleague. Contact our colleague in Italy if something is not clear.
收到意大利同事關(guān)于客戶修改意見的郵件之后開展修改工作，如果客戶的修改意見不清楚就及時與意大利的同事聯(lián)系 。
B China team design 國內(nèi)組的設(shè)計
Start modification when receiving modification request from customer. Contact customer directly if something is not clear, discuss with customer and modify accordingly.
收到客戶的修改意見之后開展修改工作，跟客戶討論并制定出最終的修改方案 。
3. Send hot runner system design to production department將設(shè)計文檔發(fā)給生產(chǎn)部門
A Overseas team design 海外組的設(shè)計
Send all production data to Italy once receiving confirmation from customer.
一旦收到客戶的確認單 ，立即將所有需要發(fā)生產(chǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)意大利生產(chǎn) 。
B China team 國內(nèi)組的設(shè)計
Finish all the tasks in 3D status and send all production data to production department; Finish 2D design and send to customer afterwards.
收到客戶的訂單之后就立即完善3D 數(shù)據(jù)并將所有需要發(fā)生產(chǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)生產(chǎn) ，然后完成2D 圖紙的設(shè)計并發(fā)客戶 。
4. BOM list and files archiveing 物料清單及文件歸檔
Make sure the BOM list is 100% correct and then save the hot runner system design data into the server and lock the BOM. Send mails to production and purchasing department.
在確保物料清單準確無誤之后 ，將熱流道數(shù)據(jù)歸檔并且關(guān)閉 。發(fā)郵件通知生產(chǎn)部和采購部。
Job Requirement:
Good oral and written communication skills in English
良好的口頭和書面英語交流能力。
Familiar with Solidworks software
熟練地運用Solidworks
Teamwork spirit
有一定的團隊合作精神
Familiar with hot runner system and mold knowledge.
